Requirements:
Any browser, orkut account (obviously) and OrkURL app installed .
Procedure:
When you open the open app you will see a page as shown in screenshot . If you want to shorten your profile URL then dont do any changes else choose ”OR Any other URL” option and enter the desired URL.
Write a nick name that you want . http://orkurl.com/[YOUR NICK NAME HERE] . Example http://orkurl.com/hafiz . This name will be your final URL
Just click “make it short”. After doing that you will see the following page

Copy the generated link and send it to your friends or click “Tell Your friends about it”. The app automatically does the job of sending the URL to your friends.
